Industrial Design
If a product looks great people will pick it up. If it is pleasant to touch they will use it. If it solves the problem they were looking to fix, they will tell their friends.
When people think about a product, they are likely considering the work of an industrial designer.

Form and Design
Balancing form and function is one of my favorite design challenges. Working solo part of a team, creating something wonderful is a joy.

Example
This image is the outcome of a 4 day design sprint to create a recovery aid for elderly people just starting their exercise journey.
In this leg wrap, pressured air line pulse in waves to encourage blood flow. Heat helps with muscle recovery.
The controls are simple to understand at first glance and are shaped to instill a sense of confidence and precision. The power cable attaches via a magnet, which minimizes issues if the user forgets to remove the device and walks away.
